They played so well off of each other. Sometimes that doesn't matter to me but because the characters were so one-dimensional and it wasn't very steamy or creative I was disappointed. The problem is, he's not used to having so much time on his hands. However, he is not willing to let her date anyone else either, and she gets jealous at the thought of him dating someone else. That is, until he realizes she is exactly what he never knew he needed. Strong women do what it takes to keep a roof over their heads. I know I say it every time I read a book in this series.. but this book was amazing and is totally my new favorite in the series. So when they finally get on the same page, the relief is wonderful. It was no surprise that he wanted to help his friend and look after said friends sister while she went through a bad patch.
