I will be moving to Colorado at the end of the summer and plan on running the trails out there so I need something stronger and wider than my current axles. The front shackle was just bolted on to a piece of 1/4" angle iron. Dave assured me that he had the know-how and technology to perform the swap and required fabrication. That's a really neat setup, looks great! As much as you've spent on axles, it would be worth it to have the C's cut and turned for proper caster and pinion angle. The winch plate bracket could not be moved due to the alignment of the vertical bolts that secure the plate to the brackets/frame.
