I did a smell test and there is a similarity between the antiseptic and the tin. The Latakia is velvety, smooth, easy, no harshness. Others may make stronger latikia blends but this one is exceptionally well done, full flavored but not overpowering. Smoking boyz - light wait champ 1. It's mild, not pungent, however it is very musty like old books. Esoterica has a harem of these ladies, and Penzance and Margate are the most favored women among them. All of the flakes pressed together in little cakes communicate to me that this it is quite special and not to be taken for granted. Is the hype worth it?

As time and more bowls passed I hopped onto the band wagon and welcomed this blend to my regular rotation. Sadly, this will not make it into my rotation for now. With so many widely available better tasting English blends available i just dont get the hype. Smoking boyz - light wait champ vallon. It puts me in a nice relaxed mode. Purchased From: Tinder Box. There's a definite, natural sweetness to this blend, along with a Scotch whisky-like peaty aroma. What a flavor, what did I do yesterday? With Penzance I was always left waiting. This blend is regal in every shape, way and form.

Goddamn, you already been a superstar! The tobacco lighted easily with what seemed to me to be a great lot of smoke and without significant drawing on the pipe. As I was once guilty of hoarding, I am in no position to criticize, but karma bites. Pipe Used: Peterson 11S Deluxe, Peterson 9S Deluxe. From what I can appreciate in the tin, Latakia rules. I ordered Penzance based on the 4 star rating and some of the eloquent descriptions. I could smoke this tobacco all day, every day. Smoking boyz - light wait champ d'application. It's very easy to forget about. I'm not trying to be funny here but I believe one might catch a better buzz by going outside & just breathing some of our good, old polluted air. I can't say anything that hasn't already been said in over 300 reviews.
One only needs to open the Tin to see and smell Quilty! The smoke was full but not hot. The process is very smooth and linear change. I doubt it … as I've found some readily available blends that I enjoy equally as much. Purchased From: Smokers Haven. Ain't no way I'ma ever gon' go out bad. Pipe Used: Cornelius Manz and Dunhill. It's got some great Orientals and maybe a bit of cavendish. I resist calling either Penzance or Quiet Nights an English or Balkan style tobacco. Notably there was no tongue bite for me as I smoke slowly and believe a pipe should have one's full attention other than the daydream of favor whilst having a pipe.
Burns at a little less than moderate pace, clean and cool with a continual spice hit that translates well into the aftertaste, which pleasantly lingers. And I always hated Turkish blends. I pledge to never run out of this amazing mystery of tobacco blending technology. Smoke slowly, too, as this will nip the tongue. But once you get it packed nice and loose it burns clean and its flavors mix perfectly. If you have it around long enough to dry out, it still never becomes harsh as with some blends. Some may take exception, but I find it to be exceptional. The Virginia's are first class and the sweetness is also there in the tin note.
