I found this book deeply affecting and I join the chorus of those who loved it. The narrator is fantastic. Gisela, Sally and Kate become close when they move into the same new housing estate. Redfearn takes us through in great detail how these incredible characters work through pulling the fragments of their lives together. Finn is killed and Jack is injured badly. I highly recommend this one, but have tissues ready. When it was over, we went our separate ways. Jude does everything to keep her kids on track for college and out of harm's way.
