She was born on February 28, 1931 in Crystal Springs, New York and grew up in Dundee, New York. Surviving her include her two sons, John C. "Johnny" and Helen Kelly, Bobbie "Bob" and Suzie Kelly along with her sister, Barbara Jane "Janie" and Joe Greever. Mrs. Kelly was born in Cross Keys, April 2, 1924, a daughter of the late Russell Keisler and Clara McNease Keisler. She is survived by her children, Mary, Patrick, Jim and Kathleen, her siblings Patrick Carr (Karen), Teresa Lemkemann and Robert Carr and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
